This project involved a basement remodel and second floor addition. The design incorporates a series of outdoor spaces shaped by the addition: a deck for entertaining connects to a fire pit lounge area with a spiral stair, which steps down to a generous outdoor dining patio.
A new stair is lit by large windows, overlooking the outdoor entertaining space and leads to a large basement level that contains a bar, family room, guest room, guest bath and laundry.
The new second story includes a primary bedroom with vaulted ceiling and private deck.
