A client with a big dream came to us: they wanted to transform their home, making the most of their partial basement and finally having the grand primary bedroom they had always envisioned.
Our mission was twofold: a basement remodel and a second-story addition. We designed a series of beautiful outdoor spaces that were shaped by the new construction.A spacious deck for entertaining now connects to a cozy fire pit lounge area via a spiral staircase, which then leads down to a generous outdoor dining patio.
A brand-new staircase, bathed in natural light from large windows overlooking the vibrant outdoor space, now guides you down to the large basement. This lower level is a world unto itself, featuring a stylish bar, a comfortable family room, a guest room, a guest bath, and a laundry room.
The new second story is the crowning achievement—a magnificent primary bedroom with a vaulted ceiling and its very own private deck, a perfect retreat to end the day.
