Magnolia Spanish Revival

Once a forgotten relic of the 1920s, this home had succumbed to neglect after years as a rental. We breathed new life into it, conjuring a brand-new bedroom and bathroom on the lower level and finishing with historic color and fixtures that nod to the past.

The kitchen and bath were completely reimagined, and a stunning new patio—complete with a welcoming street-level entry—was born at the front. To give the home's historic Magnolia tree the space it needed for root growth to continue to flourish, we bid farewell to a heavy concrete entry stair.
